Análise comparativa de quatro plug-ins QGIS para a criação de mapas da web

Resumo

QGIS é um software gratuito e de código aberto que permite visualizar, editar e analisar dados georreferenciados. É um software de Sistema de Informação Geográfica (SIG) composto por ferramentas que permitem manipular a informação geográfica e criar mapas que ajudam a obter uma melhor compreensão e organização dos dados geoespaciais. Infelizmente, os mapas criados diretamente no software de desktop SIG não podem ser transferidos automaticamente para um site. Portanto, esta pesquisa teve como objetivo comparar a capacidade de publicação em plugins QSIG, e criar mapas da web. O estudo analisa quatro plugins QSIG (QSIG2Web, QSIG Cloud, SIG Cloud Publisher e Mappia Publisher), dos quais são feitas comparações das vantagens e desvantagens, dos planos gratuitos e assinaturas, das ferramentas oferecidas por cada um e outros aspectos genéricos. Os quatro plugins foram testados em estudos de caso específicos para obter automaticamente os diferentes webmaps. Este estudo pode ajudar os usuários a escolher as ferramentas mais adequadas para publicar mapas da web no software QSIG.
