Abstract
El futuro de la cooperación al desarrollo depende, en buena medida, de su capacidad de confrontarse con la ética mundial que se despliega como horizonte de expectativas y posibilidades en función de un mundo único,1 como utopíaenergía para la promoción y activación de alternativas en función de un mundo justo2 y como freno de emergencia que advierte de los peligros y encubrimientos, que encierra la actual organización social.
